Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development and consulting
- Proven experience with high-stakes consulting engagements across various technical environments
- Expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and others
- Experience with AI/ML-powered features and tools
- Capable of leading modernization and architecture-level efforts
- Strong technical leadership skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
- Willingness to mentor and support team members
