Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development
- Expertise in various programming languages and frameworks, including Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Ruby, Scala, R, SQL, and Go
- Experience building or integrating AI/ML-powered features
- Collaboration skills using Git, MacOS/Linux, and CI/CD
- Ability to manage architecture-level concerns such as scalability, security, reliability, and performance
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders and team members
- Leadership abilities in mentoring and providing feedback
- Experience leading high-stakes consulting engagements from discovery to production
