Data Management: Consolidate and audit complex datasets to ensure the integrity of management information.
Reporting: Create dashboards and performance reports (forecast vs. actual) for internal and external stakeholders.
Cost Analysis: Monitor loss ratio/operational costs, identifying deviations and trend developments.
Financial Planning: Conduct results reviews, projections (forecasting) and economic feasibility studies.
Compliance and Regulation: Ensure adherence to timelines and submission of ancillary/statutory filings to regulatory bodies.
Process Improvement: Implement cost controls and optimize information flow between areas.
