Act as strategic partner to the Functional Chief and functional leadership team
Ensure alignment between global standards and regional deployment
Lead governance discussions on process, data and system changes
Drive prioritization of improvement initiatives based on business value
Oversee adoption of global templates in transformation programs
Enable collaboration across GPOs, IT, Data & Analytics and regional teams
Strengthen capability and ownership across the Process Excellence network
Requirements
10+ years of experience in process excellence, transformation or operational excellence within a global FMCG or consumer goods environment
Deep expertise in Commerce & Marketing capabilities, including Revenue Growth Management, Trade Promotion Management, Sales Force Automation and Commercial Data Management
Strong understanding of enabling technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, TPM solutions, commercial planning tools (e.g. BluePlanner, Visualfabriq) and Sales Force Automation platforms
Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders in a global matrix organization
Strong analytical, stakeholder management and change leadership skills
