About this role

Research, identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with external leadership talent of strategic interest to The Home Depot;
Ensure consistency, efficiency and compliance with federal, state, and local laws;
Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to remain aware of trends in the global business climate;
Provide strategic, consultative partnership to the executive leadership team and human resources;
Participate in client meetings on active search engagements, conduct executive talent assessments

Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Prior experience within a retained search firm or in-house executive recruiting team
Strong executive presence, commercial mindset, and business acumen with the ability to interpret enterprise business strategies
Exceptional critical thinking capabilities and a strategic mindset
Broad cross-functional knowledge across the enterprise
Strong presentation and project management experience
Tech-savvy and AI-forward approach
