About this role
Role Overview
- Support the development of a new CRM and Communication Platform within the Customer Area.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Ensure the reliability of customer-facing systems.
- Work closely with platform teams and stakeholders and support production environments.
- Contribute to DevOps best practices and standards across the organization.
Requirements
- Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
- AWS expertise and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt).
- Experience working with cloud environments (IaaS).
- Solid troubleshooting skills in production environments.
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
- Ability to work independently in regulated environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
