Role Overview
- Provides leadership, technical oversight, and resource management for the SCADA Commissioning function across utility-scale solar projects.
- Leads SCADA Commissioning Technicians and ensures successful deployment, integration, and commissioning of SCADA systems.
- Serves as the primary liaison between Engineering, Commissioning, Procurement, and third-party vendors.
- Partners closely with the Senior Manager – Commissioning, Performance Engineers, Project Engineering, Construction teams, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline required.
- 5 or more years of experience in SCADA systems design, commissioning, trouble shooting, or performance support within utility-scale renewable energy or power generation projects.
- 3 or more years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams required.
- Travel to project sites as required (up to approximately 50%).
