Acquisition and account management: You proactively and passionately win new customers.
Lead management: You handle incoming leads, nurture contacts, and successfully close deals.
Proposals & contracts: You create persuasive proposals, presentations, and contracts and follow them through to close.
Teamwork: You collaborate closely with our Marketing and Customer Success teams to meet customer needs optimally and continuously improve our processes.
Requirements
Sales experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B tech or SaaS sales — for example as an SDR, Account Executive, Account Manager, or in Customer Success.
SaaS knowledge: You are proficient in the full sales process from discovery and demo to negotiation and closing.
Qualification skills: You identify early which opportunities have real potential and are not afraid to disqualify unsuitable leads decisively.
Track record: You have consistently delivered strong results in previous sales roles and reliably met your targets.
Relationship management: You build trust, establish durable customer relationships, and gain internal advocates on the customer side to ensure successful collaboration.
Languages: Very good German and English skills.
