Junior Project Manager, Social & Creator Marketing

Role Overview

• You support the execution of influencer and social media campaigns
• You liaise with creators and keep projects on track
• You research suitable creators and make an initial shortlist
• You contribute to content ideas and editorial calendars
• You plan and oversee content productions
• You coordinate closely with Strategy, Creation and Paid teams
• You prepare presentations and reports
• You analyze campaigns and derive initial learnings

Requirements

• You have initial experience in social media, influencer marketing, or project management (e.g., through internships or working student roles)
• You have a strong feel for social media and understand what works (and what doesn’t) on TikTok & Instagram
• You are excited about creator marketing and engaging with influencers
• You work in a structured way and can keep an overview across multiple topics
• You like to pitch in and think in a solution-oriented way
• You are communicative — with the team, creators, and clients
• You are confident in German and English
