About this role
Role Overview
Support organisation design and strategy work across local government transformation projects, including current-state assessment, future-state design and recommendations
Develop business cases, options appraisals and supporting analysis to help senior stakeholders make informed decisions
Provide project management and PMO support, including project plans, RAID logs, status reporting, governance materials and tracking of actions, risks, dependencies and benefits
Requirements
An independent consultant
Experience in organisation design, operating model design, strategy or transformation, ideally within local government or the wider public sector
Strong business case development skills, including options analysis, benefits cases and clear senior stakeholder reporting
Strong project management and PMO experience, with the ability to coordinate workstreams, manage governance and support delivery in complex stakeholder environments
