You are responsible for client advisory and leadership, and in your daily work you successfully build long-term, trusting relationships.
You successfully lead projects in collaboration with a global Analytics Delivery Team and deliver actionable insights and recommendations that help clients achieve their marketing objectives.
You lead and develop a team of (Senior) Consultants and are the primary point of contact for your team's concerns, perspectives, and initiatives.
In dialogue with decision-makers, you identify additional ways our tools can help achieve their marketing goals.
Requirements
Many years of demonstrable experience in designing and executing complex analytics projects (ideally Marketing Mix Modelling)
Initial to solid experience in the technical leadership, development, or management of colleagues
Experience advising senior executive and C-suite stakeholders on implementing data-driven marketing strategies
Solid knowledge and experience with media data and in the area of Marketing Mix Modelling and simulations/optimizations
Excellent presentation skills including strong verbal and written communication in German and English.
