Fully own and manage Applovin Ads platform and be responsible for its performance and KPIs (i.e CAC, ROAS, Sales).
Take lead on creatives testing and optimisation process on Meta Ads platform.
Manage Lithuanian market on Meta Ads platform (with a growth plan to gradually grow into taking over bigger markets like EU/AU/CA and eventually the biggest market
US).
Run the creative testing process end-to-end—from launching hypotheses and duplicating ads to analyzing data and identifying winning hooks and formats.
Work hand-in-hand with copywriters and designers to produce high-performing ad assets based on data-driven insights.
Monitor daily performance, manage ad spend effectively, and maintain healthy CAC targets aligned with monthly and quarterly growth goals.
Take charge of reporting processes, turn raw data into actionable performance insights, and streamline existing tracking functions.
Provide research, insights, and data to the growth, CRO, email, and brand marketing teams to ensure ecosystem alignment.
Assist with media buying execution and channel strategy for exciting new product and feature rollouts.
Requirements
2-3+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically within high-growth DTC, e-commerce, health, wellness, or tech brands.
Proven track record of managing and scaling significant monthly paid media budgets successfully.
Deep platform expertise in Meta Ads and Applovin Ads, with a strong familiarity with other channels (Google, Bing, TikTok, or native platforms).
A rigorous testing mindset with experience setting up structured A/B tests for audiences, creatives, and landing pages to lower CAC while scaling volume.
Strong analytical skills and comfort navigating attribution, reporting tools, and data sheets to make confident, rapid scaling decisions.
Entrepreneurial spirit with excellent risk-vs-reward decision-making skills and effortless pivoting abilities.
Good understanding of direct-to-consumer copywriting and conversion principles (Nice To Have).
Experience in using different attribution and tracking softwares like Hyros, Triple Whale etc. (Nice To Have).
General understanding of CRO best practices and overall direct-to-consumer funnel expertise (Nice To Have).
