Role Overview
partner with site leadership to identify, assess, and prioritize operational improvement opportunities
lead and support continuous improvement projects, using problem-solving techniques to simplify processes, close performance gaps, and drive measurable results
develop, maintain, and enhance labor standards and productivity systems
analyze, document, and standardize distribution methods
serve as the local engineering subject matter expert
oversee and support site capital projects
actively contribute to site leadership
Requirements
5+ years in industrial engineering or a related field, ideally within a fulfillment or distribution environment
strong understanding of warehouse management, controls, and execution systems
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
hands-on experience with leading warehouse management systems (e.g., Manhattan Associates, Red Prairie/JDA/Blue Yonder)
hands-on experience with labor reporting systems (e.g., MOST, Standards Pro, Labor Pro)
willingness to travel 15-25% to support multiple sites and projects.
