Some prior experience in project planning, scheduling, or coordination (via employment, internship, or academic projects).
A natural organiser with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with project tools (Excel, MS Project, or Primavera P6) is desirable.
