Conduct in-depth research on Chinese customers’ usage scenarios and business needs related to Lexis+ AI, and develop localized training materials, user guides, and best practices.
Lead customer onboarding, product training, and go-live support to ensure smooth adoption for new clients and sustained engagement for existing customers.
Partner closely with the Sales team to deliver localized product demonstrations and customer presentations.
Optimize collaboration workflows between Sales and Technical Support teams to improve responsiveness and accelerate deal conversion.
Work closely with Sales Managers to develop customer retention and growth strategies, enhancing customer satisfaction, product adoption, and client loyalty.
Monitor customer engagement and proactively identify opportunities to improve customer success outcomes and account growth.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing ongoing product usage guidance and support.

Bachelor’s degree or above.
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Training, SaaS, Legal Technology, or related fields is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for AI, legal technology, and digital transformation.
Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills are preferred.
