Role Overview
- Define and drive the overall creative vision and brand direction
- Own accountability for the quality of all group-level brand assets
- Build and execute multi-platform marketing strategies
- Grow and develop a high-performing group of creative and marketing leaders
- Partner with corporate and station leadership on strategies
- Champion creator content as part of the brand strategy
- Collaborate with the Digital Product team for brand cohesion
- Represent Creative Services in executive planning and discussions
Requirements
- Extensive creative or marketing leadership experience
- Proven experience building and executing multi-platform marketing strategies
- Hands-on fluency with graphic design and editing tools
- Strong understanding of data and measurement across digital and traditional environments
- Experience managing paid campaigns and marketing budgets
- Experience with creator content strategies and influencer marketing
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Exceptional communication and executive presence
- Editorial background is a strong plus
