Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product management, analytics, business intelligence, healthcare operations, or a related discipline.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders.
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into product requirements and delivery plans.
Experience working with analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or data-driven products.
