Know your users by spending meaningful time with students, customers, and internal users to deeply understand their problems, behaviors, and unmet needs.
Own prioritization by evaluating opportunities against business value and user impact.
Lead research by recruiting participants, facilitating sessions, and synthesizing findings.

Define what ships by translating user research into clear requirements.
Stay close to the build by engaging directly with prototypes as they develop.

Ship and learn by owning the go/no-go decision at release.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Learning Sciences, HCI, Instructional Design, or relevant disciplines
6+ years of product management experience with proven ownership of a product area throughout the full product lifecycle
Experience translating user research and business context into clear written scope that holds up when priorities are challenged
Proven ability to conduct end-to-end user research and apply insights directly to product decision making
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted and design tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Figma
Strong written communication skills, emphasizing alignment and clarity across teams
Experience working closely with engineering teams and multiple cross-functional stakeholders
