About this role
Role Overview
- Design and evolve the VDI platform (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops)
- Coordinate technical teams (VDI, RDS, network, security, operations)
- Lead PoC and testing projects for new VDI technologies
- Manage Windows 10 master images and ensure regular updates
- Maintain and optimize the Citrix infrastructure
- Oversee application packaging and virtualization
- Provide third-level support and resolve complex VDI-related incidents
Requirements
- University Degree in Computer Sciences
- 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with expertise in VDI and Windows environments
- Deep knowledge of Citrix technologies (XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler) and Application packaging (MSI, App-V, SCCM, scripting)
- Solid understanding of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy
- ITIL certification strongly preferred
- Fluency in English, French would be an asset.
