About this role

Own and develop long-term relationships with key customers
Lead pricing, contract and terms negotiations to deliver sustainable profitability
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the existing customer portfolio
Work closely with internal teams to align on customer needs and deliver solutions
Actively contribute to the shift of the packaging portfolio towards sustainable materials
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline information and account plans

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Key Account Management or Business-to-Business sales role
Background in the Food & Beverage industry is essential
Experience in rigid plastics or packaging is strongly preferred
Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field preferred
Willingness to travel regularly across the region
Proven commercial and negotiation skills with a track record of delivering sales targets
Technical understanding of rigid plastics and manufacturing processes — flexibility considered for strong commercial profiles
Fluent in English — additional European languages are a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of sustainability and circular economy principles is a plus
