preparing client presentations and interacting with senior bankers and clients
researching and analyzing clients' financial situations, industry and market data, and mergers and acquisition opportunities
valuing private and public companies
performing complex financial and M&A modeling
preparing external client proposals and internal underwriting memos
assisting with client negotiations and documentation
providing structure, transactional and marketing support at a professional and subject matter expert level to support senior team members as required
Requirements
Bachelors’ degree from a leading university
2+ years working in investment banking, investing, corporate development or related roles (prior Software Technology coverage preferred, but not required)
Series 79 and 63 licenses must be obtained within four months of hire date
