Foamline Backend Operator

Role Overview

• Function as part of a team to meet production goals
• Communicate production issues and take direction from the supervisor
• Set up and monitor all manufacturing parameters for Silicone foam production
• Perform and record all in-process inspection/testing
• Assure sufficient raw material availability for daily production demands
• Communicate with various departments about product quality and material availability
• Participate in training of new employees

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year relevant manufacturing experience
• Mechanical aptitude
