Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
10+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of scaling operations and driving process automation.
Experience in retail or eCommerce operations is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of credit, financial services, or fintech industries.
