About this role
Role Overview
Support a growing property management business overseeing multiple residential properties.
Manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and handle invoices and billing tasks.
Respond to emails, return phone calls, and route incoming requests appropriately.
Assist with managing maintenance requests and property turnover activities.
Track ongoing property-related tasks and ensure timely follow-up.
Help coordinate vendors and service providers as needed.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Property Management Assistant.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to manage calendars, schedules, and appointments efficiently.
Experience handling invoices, billing, or administrative financial tasks.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Previous experience in property management or real estate administration preferred.
Experience coordinating maintenance requests and vendor communications preferred.
Familiarity with property management workflows and tenant communication preferred.
Customer service experience is a plus.
