A valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years.
At least 2 years of dedicated Texas Family Law litigation, with a strong focus on adoption procedures (5+ years, preferred).
A strong presence in the courtroom and the ability to manage a busy docket with care and composure. You are a highly organized advocate experienced in drafting adoption petitions, agreements, pleadings, and discovery with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficient in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, or similar drafting and client management software.

Competitive Earnings: $80k – $130k Base (commensurate with experience) + an attractive bi-weekly billable hour bonus structure with $70k+ annual upside.
