Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the implementation and use of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio and incorporate them into client solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions with other systems and platforms.

Undergraduate Degree in technical field with two years of professional experience, or Graduate Degree, or equivalent in combination of education and/or experience
Strong skills in presentation, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
Demonstrated success in analysis driven problem solving.
Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive materials and information.
Ability to establish effective working relationships with client personnel.
Proven experience as a consultant or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
Ability to facilitate stakeholder feedback from across a client organization, to select appropriate Copilot capabilities that align with organizational goals and needs.
Ability to assess and understand business and technology processes and pain points to identify where Copilot and AI can be applied to optimize impact.
Ability to identify and develop use cases and user stories that offer the most benefit to our clients.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.
Experience with integrating disparate data sources and ensuring data quality, accuracy, and security with Copilot implementations.
