Engage in lead generation and qualification activities
Generate leads that contribute to pipeline development aligned to respective budgets
Leveraging the Omnicare Value Proposition and execute initial Needs and Discovery Meetings with prospects
Ensure quality pipeline expansion by providing appropriate sales materials and strategy
Contribute to market team objectives by exceeding required activity and sales results
Record prospect information and maintain database (SFDC) by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
Performing other duties as needed

2+ years of experience in sales, particularly selling a service
Working knowledge of computers, specifically Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
Willingness to work Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm Pacific Standard Time, with the occasional ability to work evenings & weekends
Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time in the United States, primarily in the West Coast region.
2+ years of experience in long-term care (preferred)
Resides in Oregon, Washington, or northern California, as well as Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, southern California, or Nevada (preferred)
Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills (preferred)
Self-motivated and driven to exceed both personal and team sales goals (preferred)
Effective time management and problem-solving skills (preferred)
Previous experience with Salesforce (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
