Role Overview
- Execute flawlessly on marketing attribution products to build analytic insights
- Partner with marketing, data science, and data engineering teams
- Translate marketing and business questions into analytical approaches
- Evangelize attribution methodologies and experimentation best practices
- Run monthly marketing performance assessments and "what if" scenarios
- Build consensus and influence senior stakeholders
- Ensure attribution products are scalable, accurate, and actionable
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of related work experience
- Five years in advanced marketing optimization
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems
- Proven experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), A/B testing or causal inference frameworks
- Strong technical fluency in data, analytics, and modeling concepts
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
