About this role

Inform and support marketing strategy decision making through in-depth analysis of both primary and secondary data sources
Lead ad hoc analytics projects in support of the Orgovyx brand team
Develop and present insights to the Orgovyx brand team, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership
Track and report on strategic KPIs and supporting diagnostic metrics for monthly and quarterly business reviews
Collaborate cross-functionally (Medical, Clinical, Brand, and other supporting teams) to define and prioritize key business questions

Minimum 8 – 12 years (without a Master’s) or 6 – 8 years (with a Master’s) of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry
Previous sales or marketing experience preferred
Previous commercial/brand analytics experience preferred (with Statistical Packages such as SAS, R, SPSS, etc)
Strong knowledge and experience with pharmaceutical data sources (i.e., Symphony, IQVIA, MMIT/DRG formulary/market access data)
