2–3 years of editing experience, ideally in social media, advertising or digital communications
An intuitive sense for structure, timing, beats and shot sequencing
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and experienced with After Effects and AI-powered tools
Ability to work in a structured, creative way and familiarity with trends on TikTok, Instagram & similar platforms
Team player with initiative and enthusiasm for collaborative projects
