Product development & features: You will further develop our core functionality — from the CRM to our smart form editor to our centerpiece: the flexible workflow builder.
Rapid iterations: You have direct impact. You take customer feedback and implement it agilely, rolling out updates or optimizations promptly.
Keep UI/UX in focus: You think from the users' perspective and ensure that complex processes remain intuitive so that our banking customers can work smoothly.
Scaling the system architecture: You design and implement our future system architecture.

Solid full-stack experience: You bring several years of experience with production web applications and have successfully designed or scaled architectures.
Ownership mindset: You enjoy taking full responsibility for the product, code quality, and reliable operation.
Decisive and proactive: You have a clear vision of modern software development and are eager to make proactive technical direction decisions.
Solution-oriented & hands-on: You enjoy diving into new topics (e.g., API integrations with the financial sector) and take pleasure in being directly hands-on in implementation.
