Manage and continuously improve our tools and content to ensure the quality of our services.
Collaborate with different teams (engineering, product, logistics, etc.) to identify recurring issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience.
Contribute to the implementation or improvement of internal processes to support teamwork across international teams (Brazil, US, Portugal).
Use your user knowledge to participate in the development of projects within the Care team.
Requirements
You are a student seeking a 6-month internship in Paris and available from July.
You are empathetic and open-minded; you understand users' needs and focus on finding solutions.
You are resourceful and can work independently to find answers to issues you encounter.
You enjoy working in a team and thrive in an international environment.
You speak French and English and can communicate with diverse stakeholders.
