About this role
Role Overview
- Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs
- Answer coverage questions, provide tailored advice, and process policy sales or changes
- Proactively contact clients to ensure we provide the best coverage
- Communicate effectively with clients by phone, email, and SMS
- Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and add follow-up activities in our CRM
- Work closely with the customer service and sales teams
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Progress to a senior role within our insurance team or a team lead position after 2 years
Requirements
- You hold a valid AMF license
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a broker or agent
- You have at least 5 years of relevant customer service experience
- You are proactive with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- Quick learner with an interest in technology
