Act as the operational focal point between clients, vendors and internal teams

Knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and vendor management
Document auditing with a focus on labor compliance and Occupational Health and Safety
Labor law and compliance: regulations, legal requirements and regulatory obligations
Operational project management and action plan execution
Degree or background in Occupational Health and Safety or Labor Law
Intermediate Excel: controls, reporting and analysis
Communication and networking: ability to engage with different levels and profiles of clients and vendors
Active listening and empathy: understand the client’s pain points to propose the best solution
Problem solving: strategic thinking to overcome operational challenges
Adaptability: ready to work in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment
