Conduct meaningful market analysis and arm Sales and Customer Success teams with statistical insights
Develop original research: benchmarks, trend reports, sector comparisons
Work closely with VP of Marketing to establish Version2.ai as a trusted source of data
Analyze gift data to surface performance metrics for individual customers
Partner with AEs to build customized ROI cases for prospects
Requirements
5+ years working with fundraising or advancement data in the nonprofit, higher education, or healthcare philanthropy space
Deep fluency in the metrics that matter to advancement leaders: gift upgrades, major gift pipeline, lapse and reactivation, planned giving indicators, and donor renewal rates
Strong quantitative skills
Exceptional communication skills
Demonstrated public speaking experience
Comfortable operating without a fully built infrastructure
Proficiency in data tools beyond Excel: Python, R, SQL, Tableau, or similar
Proven experience utilizing AI to assist in data projects.
