Role Overview
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines
- Build and optimize data architectures in cloud environments
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance
- Develop and maintain analytical and operational data models
- Collaborate with business teams, analysts, and data scientists
- Monitor and optimize pipeline performance and cost
- Handle ingestion and processing of large volumes of data
- Support the definition of data best practices and standards
- Participate in incident resolution and continuous improvement of data solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed)
- Experience developing ETL/ELT data pipelines
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling
- Experience with Python
- Experience with distributed processing tools such as Spark and Databricks
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with orchestration tools such as Control-M
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- High level of collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Organized and able to work autonomously
- Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders
- Proactive with a sense of ownership
- Focus on data quality and reliability
- Ability to mentor and provide technical support to the team
- Adaptability to dynamic, high-demand environments
