Ensure the effectiveness of the company’s operational processes through regular and special audits (Follow‑Up, Spot Audit).
Evaluate processes based on best practices and regulatory requirements by developing and updating checklists.
Contribute to hazard identification by verifying applicable requirements with a focus on safety and quality.
Support clarification of audit requirements.
Contribute to the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions by assisting audited areas in implementing corrective action plans and advising on quality‑tool best practices.
Review and approve Corrective and/or Preventive Action Plans by analyzing actions developed by the areas.
Conduct audits impartially by maintaining independence from audited processes.
Retain and archive audit‑related documents in compliance with internal processes established by Operational Quality Management.
Ensure confidentiality and handle privileged information ethically and discreetly in accordance with Management’s internal processes.
Identify and report hazards and risks that impact operational safety.
Ensure execution of safety processes by promoting awareness and the safety culture during internal audits.
Ensure IOSA certification by conducting Internal Audits based on current IOSA requirements.
Integrate with operational areas by organizing and preparing materials for Operational Safety Forums and participating in recurring meetings.
Support hazard identification and risk mitigation by preparing and reviewing Risk Analyses.
Promote the dissemination of Safety and Quality concepts by participating in internal and/or external events.
Manage safety risks and threats in accordance with acceptable levels.
Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with the conditions and restrictions of authority‑issued certificates and comply with company regulations and standards through audits.
Develop and review procedures related to Audit processes.
Lead or represent Operational Quality Management in internal and external corporate meetings to drive improvements in audited processes.
Represent Operational Quality Management in the integration of audited processes by leading the team during audits.
Ensure project execution and delivery of established outcomes.
Contribute to identifying the root causes of incidents and accidents by participating in investigations.
Monitor indicators related to Audit processes.
Contribute to achieving Safety Objectives and performance indicators (SPIs/SPTs) assigned to the area.
Act, when designated, as forum leader to promote Operational Safety topics and be responsible for leading, monitoring and advancing workstreams with involved areas.
Requirements
Experience in internal or external audits.
Bachelor’s degree (completed).
Advanced English due to interactions with the teams.
Availability to travel.
Knowledge of Airbus is considered a differential.
