About this role
Role Overview
Build new growth areas beyond the core business
Develop opportunities with a clear, logical rationale
Independently develop and implement strategic initiatives
P&L responsibility for the relevant areas
Cross-functional collaboration with various company departments
Identify partnerships with revenue potential
Conduct independent negotiations and successfully close deals
Requirements
4–5 years in Business Development or Strategy
Proven track record of building something new, not just optimizing
Startup or scale-up experience required
Strong negotiation skills: independently negotiate with external partners
Analytical skills: ability to build robust business cases
Strong decision-making ability when driving initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and clear communication
Self-starter: able to drive topics independently
Ideally experience in D2C, consumer brands, or health/wellness
Openness to using AI tools
