Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- Startup or R&D DNA
- Sharp Product & Commercial Intuition
- Pragmatic & Resourceful
- High Ambiguity Tolerance
- Familiarity or hands-on experience building software that leverages Generative AI, LLMs, or intelligent workflow automation (preferred)
- Fintech, payments, or experience dealing with compliance and money-movement rails (preferred)
- Prior experience as a startup founder, founding engineer, or technical lead of a rapid-prototyping team (preferred)
