To strengthen our fundraising team, we are looking for a Digital Fundraising/Marketing Officer to expand our digital, cross-channel fundraising activities.
Design and implementation of digital fundraising initiatives and campaigns to acquire one-time and regular donors.
Further development of the email program, including newsletters, campaigns and automated processes.
Running advertising campaigns for lead generation and direct fundraising via Meta, Google and other advertising channels.
Regular reporting and analysis of the fundraising program’s performance for internal and external stakeholders.
Ongoing management of external agencies, freelancers and other service providers.
Continuous performance and budget monitoring.
Requirements
University degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in online, performance, digital fundraising or other B2C marketing.
Experience managing multiple digital marketing channels to run multichannel campaigns with a focus on revenue generation.
Significant experience in at least one specific digital channel, e.g.: website, social ads, CRM/email, display, SEA, etc.
Solid experience using relevant tools, e.g. Webflow, Brevo, Google Ads Manager, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager or similar tools like WordPress, HubSpot, Matomo, etc.
Strong numerical affinity and experience in reporting, analysis and developing strategic recommendations.
Excellent skills with standard office programs (especially MS 365) and fundraising databases/CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written.
