Head of Strategic Finance

Role Overview

• Own the company operating model
• Build the analyses that inform how we deploy the capital we raise
• Run budgeting, forecasting, and the business review cadence
• Build the headcount and hiring plan
• Model the economics of sales compensation
• Own GTM and funnel analytics and the SaaS metrics that define the business
• Help stand up and implement the strategic finance tech stack
• Run consolidations across our growing set of international entities
• Lead cross-functional work from the front

Requirements

• 6+ years across investment banking, private equity, and high-growth startup finance
• Expert financial modeling in Excel
• A bias to own and to lead
• The self-sufficiency to answer complex business questions on your own
• International and multi-entity experience, including consolidations
• Fluency in SaaS metrics and unit economics
• Sharp written and verbal communication
