Develop our AWS backend architecture
Implement efficient AWS Lambda functions using various frameworks
Introduce modern testing strategies (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests)
Optimize performance and scalability (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, caching)
Maintain and enhance professional development and documentation standards with the team (Poetry, GitHub Actions, Confluence)
Maintain the interface between our products, the account system, and the desktop software
Work closely with frontend developers, AI engineers, QA engineers, product managers, and UX/UI designers
Collaborate in an agile environment and contribute to a cooperative team culture

At least 5 years of experience in backend development with Python
Extensive experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Boto3, or similar technologies
Confident use of frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar
Solid experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL, DynamoDB, and ORMs
Deep knowledge of AWS (Lambdas, S3, and other services) or other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP)
Willingness to dive deep into AWS
Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and dependency management tools (Poetry, UV, pip, or similar)
Experience with test automation and agile development (Scrum/Kanban)
Knowledge of software performance, scalability, and design pattern implementation
High initiative, strong communication skills, assertiveness, and confident teamwork
