About this role
Role Overview
Oversee day-to-day People functions and employee support.
Manage full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management and offboarding.
Maintain the HRIS. Complete monthly checks to ensure accurate employee data, contracts and reports are accurate.
Prepare contracts and arrange equipment, induction and set up for new starters.
Manage appraisals and support disciplinary processes.
Handle grievances with HRBP support.
Implement People policies and support handbook updates.
Ensure compliance with Pakistan labour laws.
Manage payroll and benefits administration.
Support employer branding with Marketing team.
Coordinate engagement initiatives, events and corporate gifts.
Coordinate benefits administration.
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a multinational environment.
Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR or related field.
Proven past experience as an HR Generalist.
Strong knowledge of Pakistan employment law.
Experience with HRIS systems (BambooHR preferred).
