About this role
Role Overview
Execute a minimum of 100 outbound cold calls per day to prospective real estate investors and property owners.
Qualify leads based on investment criteria, property type, and financial requirements.
Set a target of 10 high-quality appointments per day for the Loan Originators.
Manage and update lead status diligently within the CRM (HubSpot/GoHighLevel).
Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure a seamless handoff of potential deals.
Proactively follow up with prospects to maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
Requirements
Professional Fluency: Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
Experience: Mid-to-senior level experience in cold calling and appointment setting (No entry-level).
Domain Knowledge: Proven background in real estate finance or investment property lending.
Performance: Ability to maintain a high-volume call cadence while maintaining quality.
Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of CRMs (HubSpot, PipeDrive, or GHL) and VOIP dialers (AirCall/CloudTalk).
Availability: Full alignment with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
Equipment: Personal laptop, high-speed reliable internet, and a noise-cancelling headset.
