Role Overview
- Lead and manage negotiation and execution of external client contracts
- Provide strategic compliance advice to commercial operations
- Review, draft, and consult on a variety of agreements
- Act as a legal advisor to marketing, regulatory, and medical teams
- Utilize expertise in managed care to influence supply chain management
- Demonstrate proficiency in navigating payer contracting or provider-side environments
- Work collaboratively to negotiate agreements with wholesalers
Requirements
- Extensive experience in healthcare contracting and vendor management
- Proven background in managed care
- Firm knowledge of privacy regulations including HIPAA, CCPA, and GDPR
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- At least 5
- 8 years of legal practice experience
