About this role
Role Overview
Strategic and operational link between the sales team and headquarters
Lead and inspire a 7-member team
Support and coach the team in the field
Foster constructive exchange among Sales Representatives
Use Salesforce for analysis and reporting
Develop the team and the sales territory
Requirements
Some leadership experience in sales or field promotion environments
Proven success in B2B field sales and sales development
Expert in Salesforce
Ability to motivate, assertiveness and empathy
Driver's license and willingness to travel at least 80% of the time
Strong solution orientation and hands-on mentality
Excellent communication and verbal skills in German; good command of English. French or any additional language is a plus
