Develop an effective Business Plan to achieve sales budgets.
Improve efficiency of sales processes and monitor, report, and achieve KPI’s.
Support pricing structure.
Attend regular meetings across the region.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasts to support planning.
Drive growth and profitability across key customer relationships.
Manage and expand partnerships with key Housebuilder customers and stakeholders.
Represent the business at customer events and reviews, strengthening long-term partnerships.
Shape wider sales strategy to define initiatives for sustainable growth.
Requirements
Strong experience within the Housebuilder & construction sector, with an existing network of industry contacts.
Experience in the Bricks & Masonry market (or wider construction industry) highly desirable
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving profitability
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Expertise in negotiating and contract management skills with the ability to secure favourable trading agreements.
Commercially astute with strong financial and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication & presentation skills, problem-solving abilities. You will be Confident and persuasive with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to quickly learn new ranges and understand bricks & masonry routes to market.
Full driving licence required.
