Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project.
Collaborate with functional, technical and UX/UI teams to define the most appropriate solutions.
Contribute to the improvement and optimization of business processes.
Participate in deliverable validations and in preparing implementation phases.

Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in business analysis on digital transformation or information systems design projects.
Gather, analyze and formalize business requirements from stakeholders.
Write requirements specifications, impact studies and use cases.
Model business processes using BPMN, UML or equivalent tools.
Facilitate workshops and scoping meetings with users.
Collaborate with business, functional, technical and UX/UI teams.
Manage, prioritize and ensure traceability of requirements.
Proficient with Agile, Scrum and/or Waterfall (V-Model) methodologies.
Experience with collaborative tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro or equivalents.
Analyze complex issues and propose appropriate solutions.
Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Hold a degree in Computer Science, Management, Engineering or equivalent.
English and French are required; an additional language is considered an advantage.
