Support for FP&A Partnership for Operations and Technology Teams
Support for budget process management: Assist the FP&A Senior in the end-to-end budget process for your scope (annual budget, revisions/re-estimations, monthly financial reviews).
Business Partnering: Help build and maintain financial models to monitor the performance of the various activities within the Operations and Technology departments, and provide support in the financial analysis of contract negotiations with third parties.
Support for the quality of financial information: Contribute to the quality of financial information related to your scope (support for the preparation of monthly cut-off entries/provisions, variance analysis, model recalibration, etc.).
Ad-hoc Projects: Contribute to specific financial projects to support ManoMano's growth, particularly those related to technology investments and operational cost optimization (logistics, transport, customer service).
Tool support: Assist the FP&A Senior in the use and construction of our reporting and forecasting platform (Pigment).
Production and Analysis: Participate in the production of regular performance analyses (monthly, quarterly) for the Ops & Tech teams, providing relevant comments on variances (vs Budget, vs Forecast, vs N-1) and key trends.
Tech Investment Analysis: Collaborate in the evaluation of the profitability (ROI) of major investments (platform development, infrastructure, tools) with the Tech teams, and ensure rigorous monitoring of associated CapEx and OpEx.
Operational Cost Optimization: Contribute to in-depth analyses of cost optimization levers related to operations (e.g., last-mile logistics, inventory management, customer service costs) and technology (e.g., software), and participate in the formulation of concrete recommendations.
Automation and continuous improvement: Assist in setting up automation processes to reduce the burden of repetitive tasks, notably through AI tools.
Requirements
Final year student (Bac+4/5) from a leading business school, engineering school, or equivalent university, with a specialization in Finance, Management Control, or Audit.
Good command of financial modeling and analysis.
Strong interest in cost and investment analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Gsheet is essential.
Knowledge of an EPM solution (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent organizational and rigorous skills (prioritization, time management, meeting deadlines).
Curiosity, proactivity, and strong autonomy.
Ability to evolve in a fast-growing environment and manage the multiplicity of subjects.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, in French and English.
