Proven track record of growing affiliate partnerships and delivering revenue growth.
Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Experience with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and performance reporting.
Understanding of compliance and responsible marketing practices.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently.
Professional fluency in English.
